Gandhi Jayanti: a clean-up drive around the school
Classes 6 to 8 cleaned Lakeview Road and the park on 2 October.
On 2 October, about 90 students of Classes 6 to 8 and their teachers spent the morning cleaning Lakeview Road, the bus stop and the park next to the school. They filled 46 bags and sorted the waste for recycling with the ward office.
The younger children made posters on Gandhiji's ideas of cleanliness and simple living. The posters are up in the school foyer. Thank you to the parents who joined us.
